shipping rates. In some cases, you may pay less. Most companies
build profit margins into shipping rates and pass this charge
on to their customers. We don't. Our promise to you is a commitment

Questions About Your Shipment?
Upon receiving your package from Herbal Rose, carefully check
the invoice found inside with the products you received. Occasionally,
the environmentally-sound packing material inside your box can
'hide' and coverup smaller bottles. If there is a discrepancy,
contact us immediately at 800-513-7854, within ten days of receiving
your package.
If You Wish to Make a Return
You must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number before you send your merchandise back to HerbalRose.com,
request your RMA number by calling 800-513-7854 or by sending
an e-mail to info@herbalrose.com.
NOTE: Your request for an RMA number must be
placed within 10 days of receiving your package.
Undelivered Packages
We're sorry, but if your products are returned to us undelivered,
HerbalRose.com cannot refund shipping and handling.
